The Equity Listing Relationship Manager, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is responsible for promoting equity listing opportunities on the exchange and guiding issuers through the listing process. The role involves identifying and engaging potential issuers, advising them on compliance with listing rules, disclosure requirements, and corporate governance standards, and ensuring smooth onboarding and regulatory adherence. The manager will handle issuer queries, support efforts to attract foreign issuers and cross-listings, and monitor market activity including issuer performance, corporate actions, and capital market trends. Responsibilities also include preparing reports, tracking issuer satisfaction, and providing guidance during market-sensitive events to ensure compliant disclosures. The role requires identifying cross-selling opportunities for other exchange products such as bonds and derivatives. Candidates must hold at least a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related fields (master’s and professional certifications preferred) and bring a minimum of 3 years’ experience in capital markets, investment banking, corporate finance, or investor relations. Strong skills in corporate governance, communication, analytical problem-solving, and attention to detail are essential.
