Job description
The Equity Listing Relationship Manager, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is responsible for promoting equity listing opportunities on the exchange and guiding issuers through the listing process. The role involves identifying and engaging potential issuers, advising them on compliance with listing rules, disclosure requirements, and corporate governance standards, and ensuring smooth onboarding and regulatory adherence. The manager will handle issuer queries, support efforts to attract foreign issuers and cross-listings, and monitor market activity including issuer performance, corporate actions, and capital market trends. Responsibilities also include preparing reports, tracking issuer satisfaction, and providing guidance during market-sensitive events to ensure compliant disclosures. The role requires identifying cross-selling opportunities for other exchange products such as bonds and derivatives. Candidates must hold at least a bachelorâs degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related fields (masterâs and professional certifications preferred) and bring a minimum of 3 yearsâ experience in capital markets, investment banking, corporate finance, or investor relations. Strong skills in corporate governance, communication, analytical problem-solving, and attention to detail are essential.

- Advise issuers on listing rules, disclosure obligations, and corporate governance standards
- Guide companies through the equity listing process, ensuring smooth onboarding and compliance
- Resolve complex issuer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Support efforts to attract foreign issuers and promote cross-listings
- Monitor market activity, issuer performance, corporate actions, and prepare reports
- Track issuer satisfaction levels through structured relationship management metrics
- Stay updated on capital market trends, industry developments, and competitor initiatives
- Provide guidance to issuers during market-sensitive events for timely disclosure
- Identify and promote cross-selling opportunities for bonds, derivatives, and other exchange products
- Prepare timely and accurate departmental reports in line with company standards
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing needs in a courteous and timely manner
- Promote adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and best practices
- Foster good relationships with colleagues and represent the company positively
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Masterâs preferred)
- Professional certifications preferred
- 3+ years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, corporate finance, or investor relations
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance, listing rules, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage complex issuer relationships
- Experience in monitoring corporate actions and market trends
- Proven ability to promote financial products and cross-listings
