Job description
Qiddiya Investment Company is transforming Saudi Arabia’s entertainment and leisure industry and is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic projects central to its premier offerings. The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end execution of complex projects, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s strategic objectives. The role requires leadership of multidisciplinary teams, collaboration with stakeholders, compliance with regulations, and delivery within budget and schedule while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of project execution from inception to completion in line with Qiddiya’s strategic goals.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project delivery meets budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Direct and motivate project teams to drive performance and innovation.
- Develop detailed project plans covering resource allocation, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and improve practices.
- Oversee contracts with vendors and contractors to ensure adherence to specifications.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with focus on large-scale infrastructure or development projects.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and leading teams.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle complex situations and deliver results under pressure.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 preferred.
