Job description
The Regional Commercial Manager β Beauty will lead commercial operations across multiple beauty stores in the Jeddah region for Chalhoub Group. The role is responsible for driving brand performance, maximizing sales, profitability, and customer experience while ensuring adherence to brand standards and financial targets. This position also involves leading and developing a multi-store team, providing market insights, and ensuring operational excellence across all outlets.

Key responsibilities
- Drive execution of brand strategy across stores in alignment with overall objectives
- Partner with Marketing to implement campaigns and customer experience initiatives
- Monitor sales, margins, discounts, and stock levels to sustain business performance
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and performance insights
- Deliver data-driven commercial reports and provide actionable recommendations
- Own and manage brand P&L and overall financial performance
- Set and monitor individual and team sales targets across the region
- Develop, coach, and motivate team members to drive performance and engagement
- Ensure strong commercial and financial acumen within store operations
- Maintain market awareness and proactive field presence to identify opportunities
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and initiatives to enhance overall business performance
Experience & skills
- Proven retail management experience, preferably in beauty; FMCG considered with retail exposure
- Strong commercial mindset with financial literacy and P&L experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders
- Demonstrated team leadership and coaching abilities
- Hands-on, field-oriented approach with strong market awareness
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent; relevant retail or business qualifications preferred
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Proven ability to manage multiple stores and lead large retail teams
- Flexibility to travel across the region and adapt to dynamic retail environments
