Job description
Oversee and execute Presightâs comprehensive social media, digital communications, and internal communications strategy for an ADX-listed, GenAI-powered big data analytics leader. Develop and implement platform-aligned social strategies and content calendars; write on-brand captions, headlines, and long-form copy for social, digital, and internal channels; brief and collaborate with designers, videographers, and agencies to deliver high-quality visuals, graphics, and videos aligned with brand messaging; capture live content at events, launches, and webinars for real-time storytelling; manage community interactions, respond to DMs/comments, and foster a positive online presence; coordinate with external agencies and internal teams on workflows, approvals, and timelines; track trends, emerging platforms, and tools to optimize engagement; build dashboards and reports on key performance metrics across social channels and EDMs to inform stakeholders; design and deliver internal communications including newsletters, emails, announcements, and intranet content to keep employees informed and engaged; partner with HR and leadership to communicate corporate news, achievements, and organizational changes; ensure alignment and consistency between internal and external messaging; organize and support internal events (town halls, webinars, team-building) and manage internal channels to encourage two-way communication. Leverage tools such as Brandwatch, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint; apply sector knowledge of technology and GenAI to craft resonant content; operate with strong copywriting standards (English mandatory, Arabic preferred) and a creative yet data-driven mindset.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals and growth objectives across platforms.
- Create and manage content calendars ensuring timely, relevant, on-brand publishing for external and internal channels.
- Write compelling captions, headlines, and copy for social, digital, and internal communications, maintaining consistent tone and voice.
- Brief and collaborate with designers, videographers, and agencies to produce high-quality visuals, graphics, and videos.
- Capture and publish live content at events, launches, and webinars to drive real-time engagement.
- Monitor and manage community interactions, respond to comments/DMs, and nurture a positive online community.
- Coordinate with agencies and internal teams on workflows, approvals, and timelines to ensure campaign execution.
- Track platform trends, tools, and best practices and apply insights to optimize content and engagement.
- Measure performance of social channels and EDMs; build reports and insights for stakeholders on KPIs and audience behavior.
- Develop and execute an internal communications strategy that informs, motivates, and aligns employees with company goals.
- Create and distribute internal newsletters, emails, and announcements; manage intranet/communication channels for two-way engagement.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to communicate corporate news, employee achievements, and organizational changes.
- Organize and support internal events (town halls, webinars, team-building) to strengthen culture and engagement.
- Ensure consistency and alignment between internal and external messaging and brand voice.
- Maintain a roster of creators/agencies/vendors and manage associated workflows to scale content production as needed.
Experience & skills
- 5â7 years of hands-on experience managing social media and internal communications for major brands (Digital/Social Media Manager or similar).
- Excellent English copywriting, editing, and proofreading; ability to produce compelling content that drives engagement (Arabic fluency preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with the technology sector and how tech/AI/GenAI content resonates on social platforms.
- Deep understanding of social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), trends, and best practices.
- Experience in internal communications including newsletters, emails, intranet platforms, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) and content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience with internal communication platforms and tools (e.g., EDMs, Slack, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).
- Creative mindset paired with data literacy; capable of interpreting metrics and optimizing strategy accordingly.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines.
- Comfortable capturing live content on-the-go (video, stories) at events and activations.
