Zain Bahrain is seeking a B2B Operations Specialist to support the management, delivery, and administration of B2B solutions and ICT services. The role involves overseeing contract agreements, service delivery, procurement, supplier performance, and client engagement while ensuring compliance with internal standards and customer SLAs. The ideal candidate will have technical telecom experience, strong operational management skills, and the ability to foster seamless collaboration between internal teams, suppliers, and enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and managing B2B contract agreements
- Support daily operations for maintenance contracts, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners for contract execution and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, modifications, and communications
- Generate performance and operational reports for management
- Supervise daily service delivery operations, ensuring client expectations and SLAs are met
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to contract performance
- Monitor KPIs for service delivery, AMC, and operational compliance
- Execute risk assessments and cost-control strategies to optimize resources
- Conduct in-depth cost analysis across B2B units including after-sales support
- Oversee procurement operations, including inventory monitoring and supplier onboarding
- Track supplier performance against KPIs (quality, timelines, cost efficiency)
- Develop tailored ICT solutions and proposals based on client needs
- Manage technical feasibility assessments for customer requirements
- Engage with clients through site visits to ensure solution implementation success
- Oversee ICT product/service implementation and ensure SLA compliance
- Ensure service quality through best practices and performance metrics
- Facilitate ICT partnership projects, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Telecom B2B operations with technical expertise
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in contract management, service delivery, and procurement
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and contract management software
- Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach
