Job description
Senior-level commercial role responsible for driving Shipa Delivery’s growth in last-mile and cross-border logistics. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, expanding business with existing accounts, developing strategic partnerships, and building a strong revenue pipeline across the GCC. This position demands deep logistics industry knowledge, strong sales acumen, and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
- Act as the face of Shipa Delivery in the GCC logistics market
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in last-mile delivery
- Generate and manage cross-border logistics opportunities across UAE, KSA, and Kuwait
- Grow and maintain a strong local and regional customer network
- Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling initiatives
- Expand existing business through additional regions and product lines
- Build partnerships to strengthen Shipa Delivery’s value proposition
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate business opportunities and collaborations
- Achieve annual revenue targets through strategic hunting and farming
- Manage sales risks, operational issues, and customer escalations
- Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize product improvements
- Prepare accurate forecasts, budgets, and commercial reports for management
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field
- Minimum 6 years of proven business development experience
- Mandatory experience in logistics: courier, freight, or warehousing
- Strong understanding of GCC market and customer segments
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience selling to ecommerce, retail, and distribution clients
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities
- Multi-language capability is an advantage
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment
