The Professional Services Project Manager is responsible for managing customer deployment projects related to cybersecurity solutions and IT services, with a primary focus on public sector clients in Saudi Arabia. The role involves coordinating technical and business resources to successfully deliver complex implementation and integration projects. The Project Manager oversees project scope definition, timeline development, resource allocation, and operational execution while ensuring alignment with Palo Alto Networks’ project management methodologies and quality standards. The position requires managing day-to-day project operations, tracking progress, minimizing risks, and delivering executive-level reporting on project performance. The role also includes mentoring project managers and coordinators, supporting operational service initiatives, and ensuring customer success throughout the deployment lifecycle of cybersecurity products and infrastructure.
