Job description
The Enterprise Account Manager at Skyhigh Security is responsible for driving net new sales and incremental bookings across existing enterprise accounts within an assigned territory in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Operating within the cybersecurity and cloud security industry, the role focuses on selling a complex suite of Skyhigh Security products, solutions, and services built on a modern cloud stack and Zero Trust security architecture. The position requires deep knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, competitive landscapes, and customer security challenges, with direct engagement at senior executive levels including CISOs and board-level stakeholders. The role involves creating and executing prospecting strategies, developing direct sales opportunities, building and managing sales pipelines, evaluating customer requirements, and delivering tailored security solutions that generate new bookings. The Enterprise Account Manager manages the full sales lifecycle using consultative sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, drives proofs of concept and proofs of value, collaborates with internal technical, presales, and professional services teams, and works closely with channel partners and system integrators. The position leverages tools such as Salesforce and Clari for pipeline management and forecasting, and emphasizes cross-selling and upselling of cloud-based security solutions. Skyhigh Security operates a hybrid work model and provides enterprise-grade cybersecurity platforms used globally to protect data across organizations.

Key responsibilities
- Drive net new enterprise sales and incremental bookings for Skyhigh Security products, solutions, and services within the assigned territory
- Develop and execute prospecting strategies to identify potential customers, build relationships, and grow a qualified sales pipeline
- Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales process using consultative sales methodologies including MEDDPICC
- Analyze customer security environments and requirements to design and propose tailored cloud and Zero Trust security solutions
- Collaborate with internal technical, presales, and professional services teams to deliver proofs of concept and proofs of value
- Upsell and cross-sell cybersecurity products and services based on customer security needs
- Engage and present solutions to senior stakeholders including CISOs, executives, and board-level decision makers
- Generate demand and strategic opportunities through channel partners, resellers, and system integrators
- Develop account and opportunity plans to strengthen long-term account strategy and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and opportunity tracking using Salesforce and Clari
Experience & skills
- Possess 5–15 years of experience in quota-carrying enterprise sales roles within cybersecurity or disruptive technology sectors such as AI/ML
- Demonstrate strong experience in prospecting, pipeline development, and consistently achieving quarterly sales quotas
- Have working knowledge and hands-on experience with MEDDPICC or similar consultative sales methodologies
- Exhibit deep understanding of enterprise security challenges and customer requirements
- Maintain strong relationships with CISOs, channel partners, resellers, and system integrators
- Have 3–5 years of experience using Salesforce and Clari for sales management and forecasting
