Job description
The role focuses on achieving and exceeding HVAC project sales targets within the Air Conditioning Projects Division at OMASCO, with a strong emphasis on VRF, DX, and Ducted Cassette systems. Responsibilities include identifying, generating, and converting HVAC project enquiries into confirmed orders through technical and commercial engagement, designing HVAC solutions, preparing cost estimates, and developing competitive proposals aligned with client needs. The position requires growing the customer base by exploring new segments and opportunities, maintaining a profitable and diversified sales portfolio across industries and geographies, and ensuring timely payment collection to support project profitability and cash flow. It involves conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform sales strategy, and liaising with internal teams such as design, procurement, and installation to ensure seamless project execution and high client satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently or within a team, as well as technical understanding of HVAC systems and proficiency with MS Office and estimating/design tools.

Experience & skills
- 6ā8 years of progressive experience in HVAC project sales or marketing, preferably in Oman
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Preferred postgraduate qualification in Marketing or Business Administration
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems including VRF, DX, and Ducted Cassette
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and estimation/design tools
- Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and proposal writing skills
- Possess or able to obtain a valid Oman/Middle East driving license
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong initiative, self-motivation, and flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
