Job description
The Key Account Manager β Commercial Vehicles manages strategic relationships with key accounts across fleet, transport, logistics, government, and corporate sectors. The role drives sales growth through account penetration, field engagement, consultative selling, and after-sales value programs, leveraging an established UAE customer network and deep knowledge of commercial vehicles.

Key responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets for commercial vehicle accounts
- Maintain regular communication and build strong partnerships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries, share product information, and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and service
- Conduct field visits to fleet operators, transport companies, logistics firms, schools, hospitality groups, and government entities
- Implement management plans to penetrate potential customers within transport, school, hospitality, and small-fleet segments
- Follow up on proposals, tenders, commercial offers, and required documentation
- Apply consultative selling techniques including TCO positioning, solution selling, product advantages, and after-sales value proposition
- Promote extended warranties, service contracts, accessories, and other after-sales programs
- Provide market intelligence and competitor activity insights to management
- Develop product knowledge of JMMC buses, vans, and minibuses and attend training programs to enhance sales skills
Experience & skills
- Bachelorβs Degree or Diploma in Business, Automotive, or related field
- Minimum 5β7 years of commercial vehicle fleet sales experience in UAE
- Existing customer network in fleet and transport sectors
- Proven sales record and key account management experience
- Solid knowledge of buses, vans, minibuses, and fleet operations
- CRM proficiency and digital sales tools competence
- High energy, proactive, and field-driven personality
- Strong professional presence and customer engagement skills
- Valid UAE Driverβs License
- Fluency in English required; Arabic preferred
