Job description
Emiratisation across the UAE sits at the center of this HR Business Partner role, based full-time on-site in Dubai for an international construction brand. You own the HRBP relationship for UAE National employees, supporting performance, engagement, development, retention and employee relations. Initiatives around Emiratisation get developed and delivered in close partnership with leadership and key stakeholders across the business. The UAE National employee lifecycle gets managed from onboarding and probation through to development and retention. You lead engagement, employer branding and networking initiatives for Emiratisation, including career fairs and university partnerships. Relationships with government authorities and external stakeholders get built and maintained to support Emiratisation goals. Metrics tied to Emiratisation get monitored closely, supporting reporting, compliance and governance across the organization. UAE National employees and line managers get regular engagement across offices and project sites, alongside broader HRBP support extended to a designated population of non-UAE National employees.
