Job description
The Manager - Brand Operations is responsible for driving business revenues through the development and implementation of retail SOPs, overseeing store performance, ensuring compliance, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The role includes leadership responsibilities over recruitment, training, store profitability, employee development, and cross-functional communication. This position is integral to ensuring optimal store operations, visual merchandising, and efficient project management of new retail locations.

Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales KPIs including units per transaction, average transaction value, and sales turnover.
- Set store sales targets and guide area/store managers for productivity maximization.
- Implement and monitor SOPs, policies, and audit compliance.
- Oversee execution of visual merchandising standards across stores.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff on sales techniques and customer service.
- Lead employee development initiatives and succession planning.
- Conduct performance appraisals and set KPIs/KRAs.
- Hold regular regional sales and operations meetings.
- Ensure brand participation in loyalty programs such as Club Apparel.
- Coordinate weekly business performance meetings with senior management.
- Monitor store inventory and align with planners and brand managers.
- Manage slow-moving/outdated stock with relevant departments.
- Participate in store design/layout and manage project timelines.
- Support territory teams during setup and merchandising phases.
- Contribute to marketing efforts for enhanced brand visibility.
- Handle legal and compliance aspects related to store management.
Experience & skills
- 3ā5 years of experience in a similar retail operations role.
- Bachelorās degree (discipline not specified).
- Certified in BICS preferred.
- Proficiency in computer systems and reporting tools.
- Strong knowledge of CAFM systems.
- Excellent command of English in written and spoken communication.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel for inspections.
- Willingness to work beyond standard business hours if required.
