Plant maintenance quality at a Jubail site depends on clear procedures that are actually followed, and this Head of QA/QC with KBR's Sustainable Technology Solutions business owns them. QA plans and process control procedures are developed so maintenance meets the company's quality and HSEQ standards. The Quality Management System is developed and implemented here, along with the Corrective Action program and related quality systems. Internal audits are coordinated with company quality personnel, and Quality Assurance investigations cover deviations and out-of-specification findings. Maintenance processes are reviewed against Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions, with root cause analysis applied where problems arise. Contractor staff get support on compliance and continuous improvement, and other departments come to you on quality issues. Training for QA personnel, the departmental budget and administration all sit with the role. Expect to bring 10+ years in quality control, an engineering degree, NACE Level 2 certification and strong RCA knowledge.
