Job description
As Monetisation Manager at Bayut & dubizzle, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across user and customer funnels by identifying monetisation levers such as pricing, upselling, packaging, and conversion strategies. You will analyse funnel performance to spot drop-offs and opportunities, recommend and support implementation of A/B testing and CRO strategies, and create business cases and reports in collaboration with BI, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams. The role requires balancing commercial impact with user experience, acting as a key bridge between departments to ensure monetisation perspectives are embedded in product rollouts and strategic initiatives. You'll support high-impact monetisation projects including new pricing models, promotions, and tiered offerings while maintaining a data-driven, user-centric approach in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key responsibilities
- Identify monetisation levers and commercial opportunities across platforms
- Monitor and analyse performance of user and client conversion funnels
- Recommend and support execution of A/B tests and funnel optimisations
- Build business cases, forecasts, and dashboards to assess funnel health
- Collaborate with BI, Product, Sales, and Marketing for data-driven insights
- Ensure monetisation considerations are embedded in feature rollouts and campaigns
- Support strategic initiatives such as new pricing models and promotional offerings
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related discipline
- Minimum 4 years of experience in monetisation, strategy, or commercial optimisation roles
- Strong experience in CRO, funnel diagnostics, and A/B testing
- Proficient in Excel, SQL, and data visualisation tools (Looker, Tableau)
- Familiarity with digital platforms, marketplaces, or classifieds models
- Experience with pricing and packaging strategies
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance commercial goals with customer experience considerations
- Comfortable working independently in fast-paced environments
