Job description
The Business Development Manager for Distribution Partnerships ā EMEA at TikTok in Riyadh will be responsible for identifying, initiating, and managing strategic distribution partnerships to support TikTokās user growth, marketing, infrastructure, and product development goals. The role will focus on forming key relationships across Mobile, Connected Screens, and Products & Platforms while managing internal and external stakeholders across regions. Responsibilities include leading commercial negotiations, executing partnership agreements (LOI, Term Sheets, Framework Agreements), and overseeing go-to-market strategies for partnership initiatives. The role demands cross-functional collaboration with teams like Legal, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering. This position requires in-depth knowledge of mobile technologies, strategic and creative thinking, and strong stakeholder engagement across the KSA and EMEA markets. Arabic and English fluency is required.

Key responsibilities
- Forge, maintain, and deepen key partner relationships and establish TikTok as a strategic partner
- Identify new distribution partnerships across Mobile, Connected Screens, and Products & Platforms
- Define and lead partnership strategies aligned with TikTokās regional objectives
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage execution of partnership agreements
- Develop and pitch business plans for innovative partnership concepts from pilot to scale
- Manage cross-functional collaboration with Product, Legal, Marketing, and Operations teams
- Oversee project/program management for partnership implementation and market launch
- Monitor and assess ongoing partnership performance to ensure business alignment
Experience & skills
- Have at least 5 years of experience in business development, product, commercial, or marketing roles at leading tech, telecom, OEM, or consulting firms
- Possess in-depth knowledge of mobile industry technologies and trends
- Show a successful track record in leading and implementing innovation programs
- Demonstrate experience in partner management and cross-functional project execution
- Have excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills
- Have proven experience in the KSA market and exposure to broader EMEA regions
- Be fluent in English and Arabic, with strong business communication capabilities
