Job description
The Assistant Manager - Talent Management is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of strategies and initiatives across talent management, including learning and development (L&D), leadership development, employee engagement, employee wellbeing, and succession planning to attract, nurture, and retain a high-performing workforce. Role scope includes supporting the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive L&D programs for all employee levels; supporting training needs identification and training needs analysis (TNI/TNA) and evaluation of L&D program effectiveness; coordinating logistics for training sessions, workshops, and e-learning initiatives; supporting leadership development programs and initiatives and assisting in identifying high-potential employees and tracking progress through development plans; supporting planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive culture and assisting in managing wellbeing programs; helping analyze employee feedback and engagement survey results to identify improvement areas; assisting in development and maintenance of succession planning frameworks and supporting identification and assessment of potential successors. Knowledge and experience requirements include a Bachelorās degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Masterās preferred); relevant professional certifications such as SHRM-CP or CIPD highly desirable; 5ā7 years of progressive HR experience focused on Talent Management, L&D, or Employee Engagement; understanding of talent management principles including succession planning, leadership development, and employee wellbeing; experience supporting or assisting talent acquisition processes; strong organizational, coordination, and project support skills; excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to analyze data and contribute to HR reporting; proficiency in HRIS and learning management systems (LMS) is a plus; knowledge of relevant HR laws and regulations.

Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masterās degree preferred)
- Possess relevant professional certifications such as SHRM-CP or CIPD (highly desirable)
- Bring 5ā7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources with focus on Talent Management, L&D, or Employee Engagement
- Demonstrate understanding of talent management principles including succession planning, leadership development, and employee wellbeing
- Show experience supporting or assisting talent acquisition processes
- Exhibit strong organizational, coordination, and project support skills
- Provide excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate ability to analyze data and contribute to HR reporting
- Possess proficiency with HRIS and learning management systems (LMS) (plus)
