Job description
The Director of Technology Transformation and Architecture at Group Technology (MAF Global Solutions) leads the development of the group's transformation roadmap and oversees the Enterprise Architecture landscape. This executive role drives innovative technology solutions, leads a multidisciplinary team of architects and strategists, and spearheads GEN-AI solutions. The position plays a critical role in enhancing digital maturity, aligning business and IT strategies, and introducing innovation through emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities
- Provide a holistic view of the business and I&T environment, and develop a roadmap to enhance digital maturity.
- Formulate strategies to drive the organization's digital business transformation.
- Establish and manage the Enterprise and Business Architecture practices to improve alignment and business agility.
- Oversee Enterprise Architecture activities ensuring efficient business and IT operations.
- Identify and promote the business value of Enterprise Architecture as a strategy enabler and technology innovation driver.
- Stay informed of I&T trends and emerging technologies to identify innovation opportunities.
- Demonstrate experience in strategic planning, program management, and enterprise architecture governance.
- Lead and manage a team of architects and transformation strategists.
- Possess the ability to negotiate and influence at senior leadership levels.
- Simultaneously handle diverse components of multiple practices, teams, and transformation programs.
Experience & skills
- 15 or more years of business experience in IT transformation, architecture or technology leadership.
- Masterās or bachelorās degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Certified in Architecture Frameworks such as TOGAF, FEAF, DOD, or Zachman.
- Certified Program/Project Management Professional.
- Deep knowledge of business ecosystems, SaaS, infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), SOA, APIs, open data, microservices, event-driven IT and predictive analytics.
- Strong understanding of information management practices and system development life cycle management.
- Familiarity with IT services management, agile and lean methodologies, infrastructure and operations, and EA and ITIL frameworks.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing senior leadership.
- Ability to navigate organizational dynamics and politics effectively.
