Job description
The role is focused on defining high-value business opportunities, leading current state assessments, identifying gaps, and designing integrated business solutions that align with strategic objectives. It requires deep subject matter expertise in SAP CO Product Cost Controlling and SAP CO Overhead Cost Controlling, guiding solution design, implementation, and cross-functional decision-making. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive business cases, conducting stakeholder workshops, gathering and analyzing business requirements, overseeing architecture documentation, and ensuring alignment between project goals and business strategy. The Business Architect manages teams, resolves challenges spanning multiple groups, and contributes expertise in Business Model Strategy, Business Case Development, Business Design, and ERP-driven operational improvements, with exposure to large-scale or oil and gas industry implementations.

Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 10–12 years of experience in business architecture, ERP implementations, or similar fields.
- Expert proficiency in SAP CO Product Cost Controlling.
- Advanced knowledge of Business Model Strategy, Business Case Development, Business Design, and SAP CO Overhead Cost Controlling.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the oil and gas sector or large-scale ERP programs is advantageous.
