No two days look quite the same in this role, and that variety is the point: one morning might mean whiteboarding a cloud-based post-production architecture, the next a hands-on session helping a broadcaster's engineering team design an IP-based live production workflow. You will work directly with enterprise Media and Entertainment customers across the UAE as part of AWS's Commercial Sector Enterprise team, stepping into environments where the technology strategy is not yet defined and the right path forward takes both technical depth and business judgment. This is a builder role rather than a slide-deck role. You will go into customer environments, understand their hardest problems, and design solutions that work, from whiteboard architecture through proof of concept to production. Expertise spans cloud infrastructure, modern application development, data and analytics, and increasingly generative AI and machine learning, with trust earned by shipping things that matter. Partnering with customers means assessing their current technology landscape and architecting cloud solutions that deliver real outcomes in cost optimization, operational efficiency, security, and reliability. Generative AI and machine learning adoption forms a growing part of the work too, from identifying high-value use cases to guiding teams from experimentation through to production. Technical content creation, including workshops, blog posts, code samples, and public talks, extends the role's reach beyond individual customer engagements, alongside acting as the customer's technical advocate inside AWS.
