Qiddiya Investment Company seeks an innovative and driven individual to fill the role of Director - Commercial (Del 421). This position plays a crucial part in advancing our commitment to establishing a premier entertainment and cultural destination in Saudi Arabia. As the Director - Commercial, you will be at the helm of our commercial initiatives, responsible for crafting strategies that align with our company vision while maximizing financial performance. You will guide the commercial team in executing effective marketing, sales, and partnership strategies that enhance our market presence and profitability. Your leadership will involve collaboration with various teams, including operations, finance, and project management, ensuring a cohesive approach to achieving commercial goals. You will also engage with external stakeholders to build lasting relationships that support our growth objectives.

- Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies that drive revenue and align with corporate objectives
- Lead the commercial team, empowering them to meet targets and foster professional development
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats

Experience & skills
- A minimum of 10–15 years of experience in commercial management, particularly within the entertainment, tourism, or real estate industries
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategies that drive significant revenue growth
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in market analysis and financial performance tracking
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field; an MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus
