Around 4,000 automations and more than 50 marketing automation flows power one of Emirates Airline's largest automated customer communication programmes, and changes to its loyalty platform mean much of it now has to be rebuilt. This 12-month contract, based in the Dubai office with a renewal option, supports that migration. Existing automations, email assets, data extensions, SQL queries, scripts and integrations are assessed first to see what the loyalty change affects. Approved requirements are then turned into SFMC solutions, with personalised one-to-one emails and Automation Studio workflows redeveloped and configured. Most of the build uses AMPscript, SQL, Server-Side JavaScript, HTML/CSS and REST API integrations with third-party systems. Data validation, transformation and enrichment processes keep complex data consistent, and data issues and exceptions need troubleshooting. Developer testing, SIT and UAT support, defect fixes, release planning and post-release checks are all part of delivery. Direction comes from the Customer Strategy & Retention Operations team and its technical leads, and clear documentation and progress updates are expected.
