The Project Manager collaborates actively with cross-functional Etihad and vendor teams, supporting the development and implementation of a strategic prioritization framework. Responsibilities include working with product teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, developing detailed project plans with timelines and resource allocation, and managing project execution using structured work breakdown structures (WBS). The role involves tracking financial metrics related to implementation costs, monitoring key KPIs, and proactively managing scope, schedule, and budget. The Project Manager must identify and mitigate risks, maintain a risk register throughout the project lifecycle, and manage stakeholder communication, expectations, and issues effectively. In addition, the role supports change management efforts by identifying cross-functional process impacts on front-line agents and guests, documenting and implementing necessary changes. Upon project completion, the Project Manager conducts reviews, documents lessons learned, and ensures deliverables are properly handed off. The position contributes to PMO functions by developing and maintaining standards, templates, and methodologies, and provides guidance on tools and best practices. Candidates should possess a bachelorās degree in Management or Technology-related fields and have a minimum of 5 years of project management experience. A strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and PRINCE2 is required, and certification in PMP or PRINCE2 is preferred.
