Job description
Transguard Group is seeking a Coordinator ā Facilities Management Soft Services to support its Integrated Facilities Services team at its headquarters in Dubai Airport Freezone (DAFZA). This role is essential in overseeing cleaning operations across multiple sites, ensuring high standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction. The coordinator will manage staff deployments, client coordination, operational reporting, and ensure service compliance with contractual obligations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in the management of soft FM services, with strong communication and organizational skills.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Assist Operations Manager in the delivery of soft FM services as per contractual obligations
- Manage daily cleaning team deployments across multiple sites to meet service standards
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth contract mobilization
- Liaise with clients to address escalations and implement operational improvements
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of invoice-related information and approvals
- Conduct regular site audits and ensure compliance with KPIs and hygiene standards
- Utilize CAFM systems effectively for monitoring and reporting
- Create work schedules aligned with scope requirements to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain detailed records of disciplinary actions, incidents, and leave records
- Support innovation in cleaning methods and technologies to enhance service delivery
Experience & skills
- 2ā3 years of experience in a similar facilities management or cleaning operations role
- Bachelorās degree
- BICS certification or equivalent
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Valid UAE driving license
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of reporting systems
- Thorough knowledge of cleaning machinery, chemicals, and operational standards
