Job description
Deposits, CASA balances and payroll accounts are the targets this Assistant Manager carries for Emirates NBD's Retail liabilities sales team in Abu Dhabi. Payroll business is a major focus, won from large corporates, MNCs, government organizations and prime local companies, then used as a base for cross-selling loans, overdrafts, credit cards and Bancassurance. Free zone and LLC companies are another target segment. Area-wise acquisition plans, worked out with branches for each location, guide where the team spends its effort. A sizeable sales team reports to you, and you recruit, train, set targets, run review meetings and track daily activity through a sales management system. Delivering the annual financial budget in line with the business plan sits at the top of the list. Compliance runs alongside sales, from reviewing high-risk and PEP account openings under UAE Central Bank guidelines to training staff on Sanctions, AML and CTF. Expect to bring more than 10 years of management experience across sales, business development, training and client relationship management, along with solid knowledge of credit policy and banking operations.
