Job description
The Senior Associate Business Development – TWC Partially Secured role in the UAE is responsible for driving SME asset business growth through secured lending products such as secured business loans, loan against property (LAP), and lease rental discounting (LRD). The role focuses on sourcing new-to-bank (NTB) asset clients, generating new loan applications, and managing the complete end-to-end sales cycle including self-sourcing, credit proposal preparation, and deal closure. The position involves actively managing mortgage channel partners and brokers to generate secured loan business while ensuring adherence to sales targets and KPIs defined by the business. The role also requires cross-selling insurance products to existing customers and maintaining strong relationships to maximize business penetration across secured lending products. The incumbent is responsible for managing CRM systems to track opportunities, generate referrals, and ensure efficient pipeline management. Additionally, the role includes maintaining high-quality KYC compliance, conducting annual reviews of client facilities, and ensuring regulatory adherence. The position supports portfolio management, monitoring of SLAs, and continuous improvement of service delivery standards. The role requires strong coordination with internal stakeholders such as product managers, credit teams, and operations teams to enhance customer experience and improve lending processes. The candidate is expected to operate in a target-driven environment, managing multiple priorities while ensuring business growth and operational compliance.

Key responsibilities
- Source new SME secured loan business including SSBL, LAP, and lease rental discounting products
- Generate new-to-bank (NTB) asset clients and loan applications
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle including sourcing, proposal preparation, and deal closure
- Develop and manage mortgage channel partners and brokers
- Prepare and submit credit proposals for secured lending products
- Maintain and grow portfolio of SME secured loan clients
- Cross-sell insurance products to existing customers
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs for secured lending business
- Maintain CRM systems and generate sales referrals
- Ensure compliance with KYC and regulatory requirements
- Conduct annual reviews of client facilities and transactions
- Monitor SLAs and ensure adherence to service standards
- Provide feedback to product teams on process and service improvements
Experience & skills
- 2–3 years of banking or relevant sales experience
- Experience in SME lending or retail/business banking sales
- Knowledge of secured lending products such as SSBL, LAP, and LRD
- Strong understanding of banking KYC and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage end-to-end sales process independently
- Experience managing mortgage brokers or channel partners preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- University degree preferred
