Job description
Leadership Development Division (LDD) sits within Aramco's Management & Professional Development Department and gives employees learning they can apply straight away to business needs. Division heads, unit heads, supervisors and professional employees make up your audience, with higher level management courses forming the main part of the work. Sessions run both in person and virtually, for groups of anywhere between 5 and 100 participants. Course material is developed alongside other learning professionals, and curriculum reviews give you room to recommend digital and interactive training aids and techniques. Field training activities and wider divisional work need support from time to time. Staying current on leadership, management and supervisory soft skills is an ongoing part of the job. Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree, with a master's preferred, and bring 6 to 10 years delivering leadership, management and professional development training plus 3 to 5 years supervising teams or leading large projects. Experience with virtual delivery platforms, simulations, instructional design and interactive digital participant guides will help, and the exact work location within Saudi Arabia is confirmed at offer stage.
