Job description
Internet, mobile, tablet, SMS, wearable and digital TV channels all fall within the remit of this Digital Product Owner in ADCB's Retail Banking Group in Abu Dhabi. The group serves retail and micro-business customers across conventional and Shari'ah compliant banking. Your job is to find where those channels can improve and to deliver the changes that broaden the service offering. Onboarding, usage and migration programmes are yours to own, and any service failure needs fixing quickly to protect customers and the Bank's reputation. Usage and revenue KPIs are tracked continuously against business objectives. Compliance sits close to the work, including keeping ISO 9001 certification in place for internet and mobile banking and producing risk and compliance reporting. A team reports to you, and you set its targets, supervise its work and involve it in change initiatives. Expect to bring at least 6 years of project delivery in alternate delivery channels within a bank, along with a PRINCE2, PMI or Agile certification. The role is offered on a 3-year fixed-term contract.
