Job description
The Senior Media Planning Manager role at Majid Al Futtaim Retail Corporate Head Office in Dubai is a strategic leadership position responsible for driving growth, visibility, and performance of the Precision Media retail media network. The role spans planning and execution across on-site, off-site, in-store, and data-led media channels, working closely with sales, marketing, product, and data teams to deliver integrated omnichannel campaigns. The position leads the retail media events calendar, develops media frameworks and go-to-market strategies, and builds compelling narratives to elevate the Precision Media proposition in market. Responsibilities include leveraging first-party shopper data for audience targeting and optimization, overseeing creative and media asset production, managing marketing collateral and thought leadership, and acting as a senior liaison for key accounts to ensure campaign excellence and advertiser satisfaction.

- Lead strategic planning and execution of event-led and omnichannel retail media campaigns
- Develop media frameworks and go-to-market strategies aligned with Precision Media brand objectives
- Lead development and execution of the retail media events calendar
- Leverage first-party shopper data in collaboration with data teams for audience targeting and campaign optimization
- Oversee creative and media asset production aligned with retailer brand initiatives
- Build and execute the overall marketing strategy for Precision Media including brand positioning and communications
- Manage creation of marketing collateral, case studies, thought leadership content, and event activations
- Collaborate with advertisers, agencies, and internal commercial teams to co-develop impactful campaigns
- Act as a senior point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high standards of campaign delivery and client satisfaction
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communication, or a related discipline
- Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in media, marketing, or retail media environments
- Demonstrate proven experience in omnichannel media planning and campaign execution
- Exhibit proficiency in media performance measurement and marketing analytics tools
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
