Job description
Project delivery teams need consistent adherence to information management standards, and this Information Manager role exists to make sure AtkinsRéalis' Middle East delivery team meets that bar across BIM and ISO 19650 compliance. Digital content must be produced, stored, shared and exploited using the latest technologies and practices as agreed by the business, spanning internal process improvements as well as direct support to project delivery. Information Management documents such as Pre and Post BEP, federation strategy, Level Of Information Need, and responsibility matrix documents get developed as part of daily work. Internal and external capability and capacity processes require implementation and follow-through, while AtkinsRealis' MIDP Online Tool and Common Data Environment, Autodesk Forma, need direct administration. You will support the project team in utilizing the CDE and perform multidisciplinary clash detection, identification, grouping, and support in assignment and resolution of clashes. Effective information management gets carried out in accordance with ISO 19650 throughout project lifecycles, whether AtkinsRéalis holds the Lead Appointed Party or Appointed Party role. BIM execution plans, information exchange processes, clash matrixes, check and review processes, file naming conventions, and LOD/LOI generation across project stages all fall under this role's oversight. Auditing task teams get support in delivering Task Information Delivery Plans to meet Appointing Parties Requirements, and strategic global and regional digital initiatives receive backing alongside ISO certification efforts.
