The Store Manager - GUESS Fashion Retail at Chalhoub Group is responsible for driving the store business within the luxury fashion retail sector, ensuring achievement of store sales targets and KPIs while building and retaining a base of loyal VIP customers. The role operates within a hybrid luxury retail environment delivering seamless omnichannel experiences across physical stores, online platforms, and mobile apps. The Store Manager defines, executes, and monitors the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs, manages the customer database to build strong relationships and create future potential selling opportunities, and stays ahead of latest trends, products, and competitors by conducting quarterly SWOT analysis and sharing feedback with relevant stakeholders. The position promotes omnichannel retail by leveraging all types of point of sale (POS) online and offline and develops an omnichannel mindset within the team by promoting physical and digital customer touchpoints. The role applies clienteling approaches and techniques with a focus on VIPs, leveraging customer data to proactively cater to needs and preferences, and supporting the brandās e-commerce business through activities, offerings, and activations. Operationally, the Store Manager ensures adherence to sales and operational policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), legal, safety, security, retail store operations, and HR guidelines. The position oversees preparation and processing of e-commerce orders within set Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in terms of time and quality, ensures no fulfillment action is pending, and leverages technology tools such as Clienteling app, Order Management System (OMS), and WhatsApp Business to enhance customer experience in and outside the store. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines, managing stock replenishment, organizing displays, maintaining healthy floor coverage by analyzing historical traffic data and anticipating peak hours, and escalating issues for prompt action. The Store Manager provides leadership by recruiting, developing, and retaining strong talents, creating a positive work environment, implementing performance improvement plans, and acting as a coach while leveraging the Groupās learning tools and platforms to support continuous professional growth.

- Drive the store business by achieving store sales targets and KPIs through defining, executing, and monitoring the store action plan.
- Lead by example and represent the brand by communicating its values and philosophy in all customer and team interactions.
- Manage the customer database, implement clienteling techniques, recruit new clients, and convert them into loyal VIP customers while supporting the brandās e-commerce business.
- Leverage omnichannel retail strategies by utilizing all types of point of sale (POS) online and offline and promoting physical and digital customer touchpoints.
- Conduct quarterly SWOT analysis, monitor competitors and trends, and share structured feedback with back-office stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with sales and operational policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), legal, safety, security, retail store operations, and HR guidelines.
- Oversee preparation and processing of e-commerce orders within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure no pending fulfillment actions.
- Utilize and ensure team proficiency in technology tools including Clienteling app, Order Management System (OMS), and WhatsApp Business while maintaining Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines, stock replenishment, display organization, and traffic data analysis for optimal floor coverage.

- Exhibit strong business acumen with a commercial mindset to manage and drive performance in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.
- Show capability to achieve sales targets and manage KPIs within retail store operations.
- Demonstrate experience in team recruitment, talent development, performance improvement plans, and employee coaching.
- Possess knowledge of omnichannel retail, e-commerce operations, and clienteling approaches.
- Demonstrate familiarity with sales and operational policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines.
- Show practical exposure to retail technology tools such as Clienteling app, Order Management System (OMS), and WhatsApp Business.
