Job description
As an AI Business Process Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving end-to-end business transformation for some of the most strategic customers in Saudi Arabia. The role requires managing complex, high-value relationships across industries and leading large-scale, transformational sales engagements. By aligning technology solutions such as AI, CRM, ERP, and Low Code platforms with industry policies and strategic objectives, you will deliver meaningful outcomes. You will orchestrate internal teams, partners, and services organizations to provide integrated solutions while navigating government budget cycles in complex environments.

Key responsibilities
- Drive connected, end-to-end business transformation solutions across multiple business units within organizations in Saudi Arabia.
- Lead all stages of the sales process, including account and opportunity planning, deal strategy, negotiation, and execution.
- Engage with complex customer environments and guide them through decision frameworks and evaluation plans.
- Craft and negotiate terms for multimillion-dollar digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene to support business performance and planning.
- Leverage strong existing relationships within Saudi Arabia-based organizations to deliver consistent, measurable outcomes.
Experience & skills
- Significant years of experience in leading sales processes across account planning, opportunity planning, deal negotiation, customer decision frameworks, and evaluation plans.
- Proven years of experience in selling business applications (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365, or equivalent ERP/CRM platforms like SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce).
- Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in deal crafting, negotiating terms and contracts for multimillion-dollar digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience in forecasting business and maintaining pipeline hygiene.
- Demonstrated ability to sell complex solutions to CxO-level stakeholders, across both public and private sectors.
- Deep understanding of digital transformation initiatives in Saudi Arabia, especially those aligned with Vision 2030.
