Job description

Multiple façade projects run simultaneously under this GM, Operations and Projects role at a market-leading aluminum and façade manufacturing and installation company in Ras Al Khaimah. You direct and manage these projects end to end, keeping safety, quality, schedule and operational objectives on track across the portfolio. Operational strategies get developed and implemented to improve project delivery, resource utilization, productivity and overall efficiency, with performance tracked through established KPIs and reporting systems. Engineering, Procurement, Production, Logistics, Installation, QA/QC and Project Management teams all coordinate through this role, keeping stakeholders aligned on objectives, timelines and resource requirements. Technical guidance covers façade systems, engineering solutions, material selection, constructability and value optimization, including risk areas such as water leakage, structural and thermal performance, air infiltration and fire safety. You lead the execution of high-rise, complex and landmark façade projects across the GCC, coordinating engineering, procurement, production, logistics, installation and QA/QC teams throughout delivery. Client, consultant, contractor and supplier relationships get built and maintained directly, with the company represented at high-level meetings, project reviews and technical discussions. Supply chain planning, production capacity and operational risk all sit within scope, keeping manufacturing output aligned with project demand while driving continuous improvement across the organization.
