Job description
The Transfer Pricing Manager within EYâs International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS) practice in Dubai plays a critical role in advising multinational corporations and private equity clients on their transfer pricing strategies, international tax structures, and cross-border transactions. The ITTS team operates at the intersection of Tax and Transaction Advisory Services, supporting clients with planning, documentation, audits, and supply chain design. This position involves leading multiple client engagements, analyzing complex financial data, modeling economic and tax outcomes, and developing compliant, innovative solutions aligned with evolving global regulations. The manager will collaborate with diverse, cross-border teams to provide strategic insights that enhance clientsâ global competitiveness while ensuring adherence to international tax principles and local regulatory frameworks. Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple transfer pricing engagements across various industries, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction
- Translate complex financial and operational data into actionable tax and business insights
- Develop and implement transfer pricing strategies, documentation, and risk management processes in compliance with international and local regulations
- Conduct economic and financial analyses, including benchmarking and valuation exercises to support pricing models and documentation
- Collaborate with global teams to deliver integrated tax and transaction solutions for multinational clients
- Advise clients on the tax implications of business restructuring, intercompany transactions, and cross-border operations
- Support clients during transfer pricing audits and regulatory reviews, preparing technical documentation and audit defense materials
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify new opportunities and ensure long-term collaboration
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to their professional development through coaching and technical training
- Stay current on evolving global tax laws, OECD guidelines, and local transfer pricing requirements to inform client strategies
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, Tax, or Law; Masterâs degree or professional qualification such as CPA, CFA, CMA, or ASA Business Valuation Certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in transfer pricing, international tax, or financial advisory
- Demonstrated experience managing client engagements and delivering complex financial and tax projects
- Strong understanding of transfer pricing regulations, documentation requirements, and OECD principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and presentation of analytical results
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global professional services environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Existing transfer pricing or professional services experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage but not required
