Job description
OKX seeks a Manager / Senior Manager for its international Institutional Business Development team (preferably Dubai) to shape growth initiatives and drive institutional sales across the European international region. The role focuses on identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, building a healthy pipeline by sourcing and converting prospects through consulting, educating, planning and advisory with institutional clients, and optimizing client profiles to replicate past successes and channel marketing effectively. The position collaborates with regional teams to improve performance, proposes solutions and works with the PM team to customize and resolve complex issues, mentors team members on strategy and prioritization, secures high-value deals, and manages risk by ensuring strong, compliant client relationships. Responsibilities include co-developing growth strategies with the European BD Team Leader, articulating client feedback and gaps in service/product offerings to senior management and product teams with proposals, and demonstrating deep knowledge of OKX products offered to institutional clients. The role values an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in the European region, experience across both tradefi and crypto, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong tenacity and proactiveness, and an understanding of regional territory dynamics necessary to build a high-value sales pipeline.

- Identify and drive institutional sales opportunities and build a qualified pipeline across the European region
- Source and convert prospects through consulting, educating, planning and advisory with institutional clients
- Identify competency gaps in regional teams and propose strategies to bridge them
- Proactively propose solutions and collaborate with the PM team to customize and resolve complex client issues
- Guide team members on strategizing and prioritizing sales opportunities to maximize impact
- Develop client profiling to replicate previous success cases and direct marketing efforts effectively
- Secure high-value deals while managing risk and ensuring compliant client relationships
- Articulate client feedback and service/product gaps to senior management and product teams with actionable proposals
- Collaborate with regional teams to improve performance and ensure aligned execution across markets
Experience & skills
- Experienced sales professional with a proven track record of building pipelines, developing opportunities, and closing deals in the European region
- Experience in both tradefi and crypto
- Understands regional territory dynamics and how to build a high-value sales pipeline
