The Enterprise Acceptance Lead (Payment Solutions Sales and Merchant Acquisition) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is responsible for driving merchant acquisition and expanding the adoption of digital payment solutions across the region. Operating within the financial technology and digital payments industry, the role focuses on identifying and engaging high-potential merchants and prospects while developing a strong sales pipeline to support business growth. The position actively promotes cross-border payment solutions and financial technology services to businesses through proactive outreach methods including cold calling, business meetings, networking events, and industry engagement activities. The Enterprise Acceptance Lead guides prospective merchants through the evaluation process, providing detailed explanations of payment platform capabilities and demonstrating how payment technologies can support their operational and revenue goals. Responsibilities include preparing professional presentations and proposals for prospective merchants, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, and serving as the primary point of contact for merchants and strategic partners. The role also involves maintaining a structured and well-organized portfolio of accounts, nurturing key merchant relationships, and ensuring long-term client engagement and satisfaction. The position collaborates closely with other sales teams to exchange best practices, share industry insights, and align on sales strategies that strengthen market presence across the MENA region. The Enterprise Acceptance Lead utilizes strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills to close deals and achieve or exceed sales targets in a highly competitive payments landscape. The role requires a strong understanding of PayTech products and digital payment ecosystems, combined with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Additionally, the position demonstrates leadership qualities, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to supporting business growth while ensuring high standards of merchant service and relationship management.

Key responsibilities
- Identify high-potential merchants and prospects to build a strong sales pipeline
- Promote and sell cross-border payment solutions and digital payment services to merchants
- Conduct outreach activities including cold calling, meetings, networking, and industry events
- Support prospective merchants in evaluating payment platform capabilities and solutions
- Prepare presentations and proposals tailored to merchant needs and business objectives
- Manage the full sales cycle and act as the primary point of contact for merchants and partners
- Maintain and manage a structured portfolio of merchant accounts
- Nurture relationships with key merchant clients to support long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to share best practices and market insights
- Use negotiation and communication skills to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Escalate merchant service concerns when necessary and ensure timely resolution
- Perform additional duties aligned with business growth and operational needs
Experience & skills
- Possess 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or payment solutions
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of financial technology or PayTech products and services
- Show strong client, merchant, and stakeholder relationship management skills
- Demonstrate the ability to manage sales pipelines and achieve revenue targets
- Possess strong communication and negotiation skills
- Be able to work independently and demonstrate leadership qualities
- Have proficiency in English communication, with Arabic language ability preferred
