Job description
The Senior Executive – Media role within Jumeirah Group & Corporate is responsible for leading the execution of paid media campaigns across both digital and offline channels to support brand and commercial objectives within a global luxury hospitality portfolio. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external agencies to manage media planning workflows, creative asset delivery, approvals, and campaign execution while maintaining brand consistency and high standards. The position requires active monitoring of campaign performance and pacing, proactive optimisation to improve results, and continuous improvement through data-driven insights. Responsibilities include managing media budgets, spend tracking, reconciliation, and post-campaign analysis to ensure transparency and actionable reporting. The role also acts as a key liaison for stakeholders, supporting hotel teams and internal departments to ensure campaigns are locally relevant, strategically aligned, and effectively executed across markets, leveraging paid media platforms, analytics tools, and CRO methodologies.

- Lead the execution of paid media campaigns across digital and offline channels in alignment with brand and commercial objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on media planning, creative asset delivery, approvals, and campaign workflows
- Monitor campaign performance and pacing to identify optimisation opportunities and address performance issues proactively
- Manage media budgets including spend tracking, reconciliation, and post-campaign performance analysis
- Support transparency and insight-driven decision making through accurate reporting and analysis
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders, hotel teams, agencies, and internal departments to ensure locally relevant and well-executed campaigns
- Support continuous improvement of media effectiveness through optimisation and performance evaluation
Experience & skills
- Possess 3–4 years of hands-on experience in media planning, media buying, or digital marketing within a multi-channel environment
- Demonstrate strong working knowledge of paid media platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and programmatic advertising tools
- Show experience managing media planning workflows and coordinating with agencies and internal stakeholders
- Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for budget management, reporting, and performance tracking
- Maintain practical experience with analytics and CRO tools including GA4, Looker Studio, A/B testing, and landing page optimisation
