Job description
Master-Works seeks an on-site Procurement Specialist in Riyadh to develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals, source potential suppliers, evaluate proposals on quality, price, and delivery terms, and negotiate contracts and agreements to secure optimal terms. The role maintains strong supplier relationships, ensures high service levels, and resolves issues promptly while overseeing end-to-end order management, including purchase orders and inventory levels. The specialist collaborates with internal departments to understand procurement needs and ensure timely fulfillment, analyzes data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve purchasing efficiency, and assists in enhancing procurement policies and identifying best practices. The position requires hands-on proficiency with procurement management software and MS Office applications, strong negotiation and contract management skills, and in-depth knowledge of market trends and sourcing best practices to support operational excellence across shared services and projects.

Experience & skills

- Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Be proficient in procurement management software and MS Office applications.
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively across teams.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of market trends and sourcing best practices.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
