FAB's Global Markets business depends on a steady flow of validated data moving through the GoldenSource SaaS based Enterprise Data Management platform, and this position exists to keep that platform stable, accurate and running smoothly. Daily operations cover data ingestion, validation and distribution to downstream systems, alongside automated data quality checks and reconciliation processes. You'll manage and resolve incidents, carry out root cause analysis, and escalate to GoldenSource support when needed. Change requests and releases pass through you for coordination, validation, documentation and communication before they go live. Compliance sits close to the center of the role too, covering ITSM, ORAP and business continuity protocols alongside FAB's broader IT governance and security standards. As the primary liaison between FAB and GoldenSource, you'll handle operational matters directly with the vendor while managing SLAs and coordinating support. Stakeholders across GMO, MRM, Finance and technology teams look to you to align operational workflows with business needs. Runbooks, SOPs and incident logs stay current under your ownership, feeding into regular performance and issue resolution reporting for management. Strong documentation habits, AWS cloud familiarity and comfort with scripting in Python or Bash all support the day to day work, and five or more years in IT operations or application support, ideally within financial services or data management platforms, is expected.
