Job description
This role manages people analytics and HR transformation initiatives across the MENA region for DP World. The position combines deep analytical capabilityâbuilding dashboards, generating insights, tracking KPIsâwith hands-on HR project leadership. The Manager will lead system and policy rollouts, coordinate multi-department initiatives, embed Agile practices, enhance HR processes, and support data-driven strategic decision-making for regional leadership.

Key responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to produce actionable insights
- Develop and maintain dashboards covering headcount, engagement, turnover, DEI, recruitment, and performance
- Ensure data integrity across HRIS and reporting platforms
- Automate HR reporting processes to reduce manual workload
- Partner with leaders to define and monitor people-related KPIs
- Lead end-to-end HR projects, including policy rollouts and organizational changes
- Create project plans, risk registers, and progress updates for stakeholders
- Introduce Agile practices such as Kanban boards and rapid feedback loops
- Drive continuous improvement and embed iterative working habits within HR teams
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across HR, Finance, IT, and Business Units
- Assess project effectiveness and implement corrective enhancements
- Support change management and communication for major HR initiatives
- Facilitate retrospectives, debriefs, and lessons-learned sessions
- Promote values such as customer-centricity, flexibility, and empowerment through HR practices
Experience & skills
- 5+ yearsâ experience in HR project management, HR analytics, or transformation
- Strong capability in workforce metrics, reporting, and dashboard creation
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, Workday, or similar HRIS
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel
- Proven success managing HR projects (system implementation, process improvements, policy rollout)
- Understanding of change management and organizational development principles
- Strong communication, consultation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Bachelorâs degree required; Masterâs preferred
- Project management or Agile certifications (PMP, Prince2, Scrum) desirable
