Job description
One of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia sits behind this Senior Project Manager (Building and Operational Assets) position, a mixed-use development spanning sports facilities, entertainment and arts venues alongside the infrastructure that supports them. Mace operates as one of the delivery partners on the scheme, and this role leads integrated teams across multiple building and operational asset packages through construction, testing, commissioning and handover. You will act as the primary point of contact for all package-related delivery matters, coordinating consultants, contractors and specialist stakeholders throughout. Programme milestones get tracked closely, with proactive action taken wherever delays threaten to creep in. Contractor performance and contractual compliance sit under your watch, alongside project risks, opportunities and key dependencies that shape the delivery plan. Quality, safety and compliance standards run through every stage, and interfacing with project controls, commercial and technical teams keeps the wider programme aligned. Stakeholder expectations get managed through regular reporting, progress meetings, workshops and package review sessions that you chair. Testing, commissioning and operational readiness activities fall within scope too, right through to handing completed assets over to operations and end users. Executive-level reports, presentations and delivery updates round out the reporting side of the role.
