Job description
The Supply Chain Coordinator at Mezzan Holding Company serves as a critical operational hub and single point of contact responsible for managing complete end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations within the FMCG food sector. Operating under Unitra Mets Group, a leading Red Bull distributor in the Middle East and Africa and part of Mezzan Holding Co., the role encompasses procurement coordination, customer order management across domestic, inter-company, and export channels, supplier relationship management, regulatory compliance, and inventory optimization. The position ensures seamless coordination across internal departments including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Warehouse, as well as external stakeholders such as suppliers, logistics providers, and customs brokers, to maintain efficient product flow from sourcing through customer delivery. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining product codes and SKUs, validating and processing customer orders, placing and tracking purchase orders, negotiating supplier delivery schedules, arranging transportation, preparing shipment documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates, and technical sheets, and ensuring compliance with export/import regulations. The role also involves demand forecasting through historical sales and market trend analysis, monitoring actual demand versus forecasts, maintaining optimal inventory levels, managing slow-moving or obsolete stock, overseeing the order-to-cash cycle, coordinating promotional planning, communicating promotional schedules, monitoring warehouse performance metrics, maintaining ERP systems and databases, preparing reports, and supporting the Supply Chain Manager in executing operational strategies within a large-scale FMCG and food manufacturing and distribution environment.

Key responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of contact managing end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations from sourcing to customer delivery
- Collaborate with Procurement to establish, maintain, and validate product codes and SKU documentation accuracy
- Manage incoming customer orders including domestic, inter-company, and export orders, ensuring accuracy of quantities, details, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with suppliers to issue purchase orders, negotiate delivery schedules, and track order status
- Arrange and monitor logistics operations including transportation, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance
- Prepare and manage all shipment documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates, and technical sheets
- Analyze historical sales data and market trends to develop demand forecasts and adjust supply plans accordingly
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and recommend procurement adjustments for slow-moving or obsolete stock
- Oversee order-to-cash cycle activities and coordinate promotional planning and execution
- Communicate promotional schedules to procurement and warehouse teams and monitor warehouse performance metrics
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure operational alignment
- Support the Supply Chain Manager in implementing supply chain and operational strategies
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Possess 2–3 years of experience in supply chain coordination or related logistics functions
- Demonstrate proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Exhibit knowledge of export and import documentation, customs procedures, and regulatory compliance
- Be capable of preparing reports, maintaining data accuracy, and managing databases
- Communicate effectively in written and verbal English
