Job description
The Senior Consultant – HR Transformation at Sia Partners in Abu Dhabi will lead workstreams within broader HR transformation projects, focusing on operating models, HR process redesign, technology enablement, analytics, and change management. The role includes conducting current-state assessments, designing future-state HR service delivery frameworks, redesigning core HR processes using Lean and employee journey mapping, and supporting HRIS implementation across systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle HCM. The consultant will develop business cases, KPIs, and change management strategies, including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities also include facilitating workshops, coaching junior consultants, and managing deliverables to meet quality and timeline requirements. Candidates should have 6–8 years of management consulting experience, with at least 3 years focused on HR transformation. A strong understanding of modern HR operating models and hands-on experience with HRIS implementations are required. Proficiency in Arabic is essential, and professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or PMP are preferred. Experience with tools like ServiceNow HRSD, RPA, and involvement in M&A HR integration or multi-country HR programs is a plus.

Key responsibilities
- Lead workstreams within HR transformation projects covering operating models, process redesign, and technology enablement
- Conduct current-state assessments and design future-state HR service delivery models
- Redesign HR processes such as talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning, rewards, and workforce planning
- Support HR technology roadmaps, including selection and implementation of HRIS platforms
- Develop and maintain workstream plans, RAID logs, and status reporting
- Create business cases and track KPIs and value realization for transformation initiatives
- Drive change management through stakeholder analysis, training, communications, and readiness activities
- Facilitate client workshops and presentations to stakeholders up to CHRO level
- Coach junior team members and contribute to proposals, methods, and knowledge assets
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field
- Have 6–8 years of total management consulting experience including 3+ years in HR transformation
- Demonstrate knowledge of modern HR operating models and service delivery frameworks
- Have hands-on experience redesigning HR processes and implementing measurable improvements
- Be experienced with at least one leading HRIS platform (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
- Prove capability in workstream leadership, planning, stakeholder engagement, and RAID management
- Have change management experience within HR contexts including training and communications
- Exhibit strong analytical and data storytelling skills with KPI tracking experience
- Be able to deliver the project in Arabic
- Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree or certifications like SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD, Prosci, ADKAR, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma
- Additional experience with tools like ServiceNow HRSD, RPA, or managing M&A HR integrations is advantageous
