Job description
Lead the design, implementation, and management of end-to-end ICT solutions across enterprise environments as the Director of Service Integration, integrating advanced networking, security, wireless, voice systems, passive infrastructure, and data center networking to deliver seamless, scalable solutions tailored to client needs. Oversee enterprise network architecture and optimization (WAN/LAN, SD-WAN, SD-Access), spearhead Cisco ACI initiatives in the data center, and implement robust security frameworks covering firewalls, VPNs, access control systems, and advanced threat detection. Govern deployment and management of WLAN and VoIP, and direct planning, installation, and maintenance of structured cabling systems (fiber and copper). Prepare, review, and approve detailed BOQs and technical proposals, participate in RFP/RFQ processes, and collaborate with sales, procurement, and project teams for accurate cost estimations and resource allocation. Manage multiple large-scale ICT integration projects to time, budget, and scope using project management best practices; maintain comprehensive documentation and executive reporting. Build strong vendor and stakeholder relationships and negotiate technical/commercial aspects with leading technologies and products from Cisco, Huawei, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Ribbon SBC, Imagicle, and NICE & Cisco Contact Center. Provide strategic leadership, align service integration with organizational objectives, drive innovation leveraging SD-WAN, SD-Access, Cisco ACI, and advanced security, ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, and develop and manage integration budgets to achieve cost-effective outcomes.

- Lead, mentor, and inspire technical managers, engineers, and specialists to achieve excellence in service delivery, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee end-to-end integration of networking, security, wireless, voice systems, and passive infrastructure to ensure seamless functionality and scalability.
- Drive innovation by leveraging SD-WAN, SD-Access, Cisco ACI, and advanced security frameworks to enhance ICT service delivery.
- Architect, deploy, and optimize enterprise WAN/LAN, SD-WAN, and SD-Access solutions ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
- Spearhead Cisco ACI data center networking initiatives, ensuring optimal configuration, integration, and performance.
- Develop and implement security strategies across firewalls, VPNs, access control systems, and advanced threat detection with regulatory compliance.
- Oversee deployment and management of enterprise-grade WLAN and VoIP to ensure seamless communication and connectivity.
- Direct planning, installation, and maintenance of structured cabling systems (fiber and copper) to meet scalability, reliability, and cost targets.
- Prepare, review, and approve BOQs and technical proposals; collaborate with sales, procurement, and project teams on cost estimations and resource plans.
- Represent the organization in client meetings, provide strategic insights, and participate in RFP/RFQ processes with compliant technical documentation.
- Manage multiple large-scale ICT integration projects, applying project management best practices to deliver on time, within budget, and to scope.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and third-party providers, negotiating technical and commercial terms to optimize outcomes.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of designs, configurations, and processes; provide regular executive updates on progress, risks, and mitigations.
- Develop and manage service integration budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure adherence to financial goals throughout project lifecycles.
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- Bring a minimum of 15 years of experience in ICT service integration, networking, and security, including 10+ years in senior leadership roles.
- Demonstrate a proven track record delivering large-scale ICT projects involving WAN/LAN, SD-WAN, SD-Access, wireless (WLAN), voice systems, and passive infrastructure.
- Show extensive experience with Cisco ACI for data center networking and structured cabling systems (fiber and copper).
- Possess hands-on expertise with technologies from Cisco, Huawei, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Ribbon SBC, Imagicle, and NICE & Cisco Contact Center.
- Hold or show strong progress toward professional certifications such as PMP, CCIE, CCNP; additional certifications in SD-WAN, Cisco ACI, or security (Fortinet, Palo Alto) are a plus.
- Exhibit advanced technical knowledge of SD-WAN, SD-Access, WAN/LAN, security frameworks, wireless, and VoIP technologies.
- Demonstrate strong capability in preparing and reviewing BOQs and technical proposals and participating in RFP/RFQ processes.
- Prove ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, deliver results under pressure, and align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with excellent client-facing presentation skills and the ability to foster cross-departmental collaboration.
