Delivery speed, cancellation rates, unit economics and star ratings are the KPIs this Senior Fleet Specialist keeps a close eye on, ready for discussion at any time. The role is on-site in Dubai and supports last-mile logistics across the region, covering outbound, inbound or reverse operations. A team that directly supports riders reports to you, with daily performance tracked and reported to management. New store and region launches need planning so the right driver supply is in place from day one. Seasonal peaks and quieter periods require the same planning, coordinated with internal and external stakeholders. 3PL providers are held to company standards on driver performance. Spotting new tools, technologies and processes that make the fleet more efficient is part of the job, as is mentoring new team members. Candidates need a Bachelor's in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business Administration, 3 to 4 years in fleet roles including 2 in fleet management, and strong commercial awareness.
