Job description
The Culture and Engagement Senior Analyst role is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of organizational culture and employee engagement strategies within Bahri, a global transportation and logistics company operating across oil, chemicals, logistics, dry bulk, and ship management business units. The role plays a critical part in aligning culture and engagement initiatives with the company’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and strategic objectives. Responsibilities include supporting the execution of culture transformation strategies aligned with organizational goals and values, analyzing culture assessment and engagement data to generate actionable insights, and collaborating with stakeholders to embed culture-related initiatives into organizational practices and day-to-day operations. The role implements employee engagement programs, designs and analyzes engagement and pulse surveys, and provides data-driven recommendations to improve employee experience, morale, retention, and productivity. The position manages internal communication initiatives, including campaigns, workshops, events, and culture-related branding in partnership with communications teams, and develops training and awareness programs to reinforce organizational culture. The role monitors and evaluates initiative effectiveness using KPIs and analytics, prepares dashboards, reports, and leadership presentations, benchmarks best practices in culture and engagement, and collaborates cross-functionally with HR, Employee Experience teams, and other departments to integrate engagement strategies across employee lifecycle touchpoints while identifying innovative methods to strengthen organizational culture.

Key responsibilities
- Support the execution of the organizational culture transformation strategy in alignment with company goals and values
- Analyze culture assessment data and employee engagement data to generate actionable insights and guide interventions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate culture initiatives into broader organizational and HR practices
- Assist in activating and embedding core company values into daily operations
- Implement employee engagement programs to improve morale, retention, productivity, and employee experience
- Design, deploy, and analyze employee engagement surveys and pulse surveys to assess sentiment and engagement levels
- Develop data-driven recommendations based on engagement analytics and survey results
- Promote employee participation in engagement initiatives and measure program effectiveness
- Create and manage internal communication campaigns, workshops, and events supporting culture and engagement initiatives
- Partner with communications teams to design and execute culture-related branding strategies
- Develop training and awareness programs to deepen understanding of organizational culture
- Monitor effectiveness of initiatives using KPIs, analytics, dashboards, and reports
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership on culture and engagement progress and impact
- Benchmark best practices in organizational culture and engagement for continuous improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Employee Experience, and other departments to align engagement initiatives with employee lifecycle touchpoints
- Identify innovative tools and methods to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate capability in supporting organizational culture and employee engagement strategies aligned with an Employee Value Proposition
- Apply data analysis and HR analytics techniques to culture assessments, engagement surveys, and sentiment data
- Develop and analyze engagement and pulse surveys and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Monitor and report on engagement and culture initiatives using KPIs, dashboards, and analytics
- Prepare professional reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership
- Support internal communications, training, and awareness programs related to culture and engagement
- Collaborate across HR and cross-functional teams to integrate engagement initiatives across employee lifecycle stages
