Job description
As Assistant Manager Marketing at Dubai Holding Entertainment, the role focuses on brand strategy and positioning to ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing platforms while delivering and supporting marketing campaigns across the Dubai Holding Entertainment portfolio (including destinations such as Ain Dubai, Global Village, Dubai Parks and Resortsā¢, Coca-Cola Arena, Roxy Cinemas, The Green Planet, and more). The position creates and implements tactical marketing and communication plans with critical path/timelines, budgeting, monitoring, and measuring tools; oversees content and social media by supervising content calendar development and storytelling across social platforms; manages the marketing budget and PO raising; and drives a sales focus to ensure weekly targets are met through strategic plans. The role supports the sales team in implementing sponsorship and sales strategies and execution plans, including group sales, resident, and travel industry sales planning; delivers campaign briefs and debrief reports with KPIs, results, and post-event analysis; develops and manages events per DHE location with all required marcom support to maximize exposure and drive footfall; develops agency briefs and leads initiatives with marketing agencies across research, creative, branding, PR & social media, advertising, ad production, media buying, digital, digital marketing performance, and PR; prepares and coordinates departmental reports (briefs, debriefs, quarterly updates, requested presentations); manages, coordinates, and executes all signage and collateral requirements; works effectively with partners such as agencies, suppliers, partners, and sponsors; listens actively to guest feedback, requests, and concerns to take action ethically, effectively, and timely to exceed expectations; and provides on-the-ground assistance, which may include after hours or weekends.

Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Communications, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5ā10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communications and marketing acumen.
- Ability to develop, implement, and report on activities.
- Capability to monitor performance of team members and manage performance.
- Accountability for expense budget development and management.
- Ability to demonstrate ROI on all marketing initiatives.
