Job description
The Associate Program Manager - MENAT DEX Team supports the planning, coordination, and execution of programs across Delivery Experience, Basket Building, and Consolidation initiatives to optimize customer end-to-end shopping and delivery experience. The role involves managing end-to-end program activities, tracking program health, identifying risks, escalating blockers, coordinating cross-functional teams including Product, Tech, Operations, and Business stakeholders, and facilitating alignment on priorities and dependencies. The position includes preparing program updates, reports, and documentation for leadership and team communications, defining program goals and success metrics, supporting data gathering and analysis, and identifying process gaps to improve operational efficiency. The role is embedded within a collaborative, data-driven team focused on improving delivery efficiency, increasing units per purchase, and enhancing the overall customer experience, requiring ownership, innovation, and responsiveness to high-paced operational demands.

Key responsibilities
- Support end-to-end program management of initiatives across Delivery Experience, Basket Building, and Consolidation workstreams ensuring timely delivery against milestones.
- Track program health by monitoring key metrics, identifying risks, and escalating blockers to senior stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams to align on priorities, dependencies, and deliverables, facilitating regular syncs and status updates.
- Assist in defining program goals, success metrics, and mechanisms to measure impact of initiatives on customer experience and business outcomes.
- Prepare clear and concise program updates, reports, and documentation for leadership reviews and team communications.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and proposing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support data gathering and analysis to inform program decisions and track progress against defined goals.
Experience & skills
- Hold a bachelor's degree or above in Operations, Business, Project Management, or Engineering.
- Possess 1–3 years of experience in program management, operations, or a related role within fast-paced, high-tech, or e-commerce environments.
- Demonstrate experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams with adherence to deadlines.
- Proficient in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with data analysis tools including Microsoft Excel and SQL.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, respond quickly to urgent situations, and manage program priorities effectively.
- Preferred experience in retail, project management, supply chain, inventory management, sourcing, finance, or consulting.
- Ability to use data and metrics to evaluate outcomes and make data-driven decisions.
