Job description
Senior Sales Executive role within National Reference Laboratory (NRL), part of M42 healthcare group, responsible for supporting business growth, developing new client partnerships, and managing existing accounts across the UAE. The role operates within a healthcare diagnostics and laboratory services environment where NRL provides diagnostic services to over 250 clients including private hospitals, government hospitals, medical centers, clinics, corporate organizations, and reference laboratories. The position focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening relationships with healthcare providers and corporate clients. The Senior Sales Executive develops and executes sales plans aligned with revenue and growth targets, identifies and secures new business opportunities across UAE and GCC markets, and manages account relationships to maximize retention and client satisfaction. The role involves conducting market mapping, customer profiling, and competitor analysis to support commercial strategies. Responsibilities include preparing commercial proposals, delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, coordinating with internal teams for onboarding and service delivery, monitoring collections, following up on outstanding payments, and maintaining account health. The role also requires sharing market intelligence and customer feedback to support strategic decision-making. Candidates with B2B sales experience in diagnostics, laboratory services, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sectors are preferred. The position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong commercial awareness, client engagement capabilities, and fluency in English with Arabic as an advantage.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets, expand market presence, and drive new business acquisition across healthcare providers, corporate clients, and laboratory partners
- Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities across UAE and GCC markets through B2B sales engagement, customer profiling, and targeted outreach strategies
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients including hospitals, clinics, corporate organizations, and reference laboratories to maximize retention and account growth
- Conduct market mapping, customer profiling, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and support commercial strategy development
- Prepare commercial proposals, deliver sales presentations, and lead contract negotiations with prospective and existing clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, service delivery, and client satisfaction across diagnostic and laboratory services
- Monitor collections, follow up on outstanding payments, maintain account health, and share market intelligence and customer feedback to support strategic decisions
Experience & skills
- Possess Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with demonstrated understanding of commercial sales operations, business development, and account management within healthcare, diagnostics, laboratory services, or pharmaceutical sectors
- Demonstrate minimum 4 years of sales experience or strong potential in client-facing commercial roles including B2B sales, account management, and business development within healthcare providers, corporate clients, or laboratory services environments
- Demonstrate experience in healthcare sales, laboratory diagnostics sales, or pharmaceutical sales with ability to engage hospitals, medical centers, clinics, corporate organizations, and reference laboratories
- Demonstrate capability in developing and executing sales plans, identifying business opportunities, conducting market mapping, customer profiling, and competitor analysis to support revenue growth
- Demonstrate proficiency in preparing commercial proposals, delivering sales presentations, conducting contract negotiations, and managing sales lifecycle activities from lead generation to deal closure
- Demonstrate ability to manage client relationships, coordinate onboarding activities, ensure service delivery, and maintain account health including collections monitoring and outstanding payment follow-ups
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reporting, presentations, and commercial documentation
- Demonstrate fluency in English communication including reading, speaking, and writing with Arabic language capability considered an advantage for regional client engagement
