Job description

The Senior Technical Professional in Under Balanced Drilling is responsible for providing advanced technical support for multi-PSL job designs, well operations, and post-job analysis. The role involves maintaining technical relationships with customers, offering expert guidance to less experienced staff, supporting critical jobs where service quality or complexity is high, and collaborating with local Business Development personnel to ensure clients are informed on technology updates. The position also includes initiating, reviewing, and closing Correction, Prevention, and Improvement (CPI) actions related to technology, maintaining job schedules, performing PPRs, and mentoring ATPs and TPs. The role requires deep expertise in UBA drilling operations and a strong engineering foundation, with emphasis on applying technical knowledge to optimize operational performance and client satisfaction.
