Job description

An eight kilometer extension to Riyadh's Metro Line 2 needs a smooth handover from the existing line to the new infrastructure, and this System Migration Manager role at Alstom leads that transition end to end. Design, installation, and testing and commissioning activities across signaling, telecom, power supply, and track systems all fall under direct coordination in this position. You will oversee the transition from the existing metro line to the new extension, making sure every system integrates cleanly with what is already running. Client, subcontractors, and internal teams all need working with closely to maintain consistency and quality across the project lifecycle. This role reports directly to the consortium product director, carrying real weight in project leadership and decision making. Timely delivery gets driven forward through the role, with challenges addressed directly and open communication kept with stakeholders throughout. Engineering, operations, and design teams work together under this position to solve complex problems that shape how the city's mobility network grows.
